3. Yoga Asanas-practicing of different yoga postures that gently tone, increase flexibility and balance hormones which can improve general health and body alignment. Class is conducted by taking into account individual's health problems, constitution and circumstances.
4.Deep relaxation for calmness and balance
5.Breathing exercises for inner peace.
This is a 60 mins class which emphasizes on self-awareness and calmness. During the class there will be explanation of the muscles engaged and the benefits of the different yoga postures. As I like to share the essence of yoga to people, Q & A is encouraged from students.
