Description
This course is composed of three phases which imparts to swimmers the fundamentals of water safety, theory as well as the practical aspects of land-based and water-based non-contact rescue and resuscitation skills.
45-60 mins per session for 8 sessions covers
- Swimming
- Reaching Rescue
- Throwing Rescue
- Cross Chest Tow
- Towing with an Aid
- Combined Rescue
- Chin Tow
- Releases
Pre-requisite:
- 14 years & above
- Able to swim 300m non-stop
- Water threading 5mins
