Adult Fitness & Dance Class Package
Applicable to all classes below:
1) Hatha yoga class in a gentle, beginner friendly and basic yoga class. Hatha yoga practice has no specific flow between poses. It is a slower paced yoga practice incorporating simple breathing and relaxation techniques.
2) Wing Chun is a style of Kung Fu that originates from China. Wing Chun’s specialty is in close contact combat, using quick punches and kicks with a tight defense, coordinated through agile stances and footwork for a quick advance.
3) Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Zumba combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle, conditioning, balance and flexibility.
4) Belly Funk is fusion dance which combines the beautiful exotic moves of belly dance with other dance genres such as Latin and jazz, danced to modern “funky” music.
5) Kickboxing is a martial art that combines both kicking and punching. It’s techniques are derived from Karate, Muay Thai and Western Boxing. Kickboxing is a great exercise for your upper and lower body, giving you a complete full body workout.
6) Social latin solo dance class is great for those who wish to learn latin moves without the worry of dancing with a partner! In this class, you will learn to dance solo when moving to the cheeky chacha, the beautiful rumba, the exciting salsa, and many more! Expect to get a great workout with lots of fun! Note: The foundation you get in this class can be used in partner work, so you can easily graduate to partner dancing later!
