This class is based on the original art of kickboxing, Muay Thai, combined with high and low-impact cardio routine that will make you fit, toned, de-stressed and burn tons of calories in a short period of time.
Exercises involve the use of the entire body such as kicks for lean lower body, boxing for a toned upper body and strong core for nice abs. Besides weight loss, this will help improve fitness, self-confidence and personal safety - empowered with effective self-defense skills that every woman should know.
Open to all females of any age and ability, including those who have zero fitness and/or martial arts background.
With only RM70 monthly fees, students gain unlimited entries to our Ladies Kickboxing sessions available in the month.
