Adult Aikido Beginner Class (Duration 6 months)
Students will get to learn
- Introduction to Aikikai Aikido, history and philosophy of aikido
- Breathing and meditation
- Getting started, the principles
- Body conditioning, stretching, relaxing, flexibility, internal strength and mobility
- Body structures
- Body, foot and hand works
- Break falls
- Basic off balancing principles
- Basic attacks and defence
- Applied self-defence techniques
Class will be conducted twice a week for 2 hours per session.
